Rapid Secure works in partnership with police forces to provide an integrated solution, supplying emergency trades and other support services. We aim to take care of the operational and administrative burden, freeing officers and support staff in all areas to concentrate their valuable time on high priority tasks. This saves the police service time, effort and public money.
We are fully compliant with the Data Protection Act 2020 (Registration Number: Z2053113). All confidential information is handled and stored in line with Data Protection and the Management of Police Information (MOPI) standards. Our staff are experienced in dealing sensitively with victims of crime and other potentially vulnerable members of the community.
We work in close partnership with a large number of police forces and emergency services across England and Scotland, providing a wide variety of services.Each service is designed to stand alone as a tailor-made solution or be fully integrated with one or more other services.
Our engineers attend a scene within an average of 45 minutes from receiving an emergency request from a Force Control Room or officer on scene. We work to strict police operating guidelines, ranging from incident logging and administration, to on-scene risk assessments and crime scene protocol. Our procedures and standard documentation provide a detailed audit trail to support any subsequent queries or investigations. Should a high level of security be required in order to preserve crime scenes for forensic examination, we are able to install steel screens and doors.
Thanks to our extensive training and strict operating procedures, you can rely on our unrivalled professionalism and knowledge to attend to the emergency in question and resolve it as quickly and effectively as possible.
We are able to manage the call out of other support services and staff, including police surgeons and funeral directors, at the request of any branch of the police or other agency. These requests can, for example, be for a police surgeon to attend a custody unit or crime scene. Our experience of police operating procedures and expertise in managing emergency call outs means we are ideally placed to provide tailor-made solutions for a variety of requirements.
